MY ORDER


1- How do I place my order?

Simply choose your style from the drop down menu on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

2- I’m so excited to receive my order! How do I check my order status?

Just enter your order information on the Track Order page to track your order status.

3. I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?

When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification.

After 24 hours, please be advised that any modifications should be declined.

To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number.

To modify an order, please include all the details of your order: order number, style, size and color then specify the item you would like to change it for in your email and we’ll do our best to help you!

4. I placed my order, but I have not received my confirmation email yet.

First, double check your spam folder and other email accounts.

Can’t find it? No panic, just contact us and one our customer representative will help you!

1. What materials does HH Tee use?

First, we hate crap! We cut on margins to make sure we deliver you high-quality products using premium materials.

They are made soft for comfort and are known for their quality, durability and great look so you can feel the vibe when you wear them!

2. I’m not sure which size to choose, Can you help?

Need help finding the perfect size to fit your beautiful body? Use the sizing chart information provided on our product pages via the Product Details link.

All of our products are carefully inspected for quality and we will reprint any flawed apparel, damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect item free of charge. Please see our return and refund policy for further details.

1. What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard as well as Paypal.

2. When will my card be charged?

Just after your order has been successfully placed.

3. What is the type of currency on your store?

We support over 140 currencies. You'll have the option of changing the currency to USD if desired through the drop down menu at the top right corner of any our our pages.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO


1. When can I expect to receive my package?

Every single item on HH Tee is custom printed just for you, and it will take us 2-10 business days to print and make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be prior to shipping.

Please note: Some of our items in our catalog are so popular that the shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

US Shipping Time Estimates: 1-2 Weeks

International Shipping Time Estimates: 2-3 Weeks

2. Can I track my package?

A tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames below, please contact our help support team here and we’ll be happy to assist!

Shirts: 3-6 business days

Please note:

It may take up to 24h for your package to show up in the forwarder's tracking system.

For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.

3. I never received my package, what should I do?

If your item has not arrived within 45 days, contact one of our champs through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!
